Jose Cassella, a Principal Partner in KS Films, LLC, has 17 years of experience as a Director of Photography and Digital Cinematographer in television commercials, music videos and feature films.  He began his career in 1989 in Venezuela as a 35mm camera operator for numerous European and South American commercials.  After completing his film studies at Full Sail, Cassella spent seven years in Los Angles working on independent films, music videos and commercials for renowned spot companies like Ilumina Films, Kree8 Productions, Concorde/New Horizon Pictures and more.  In 2000, he moved to Boston and started KS Films with his brother Dante Zambrano, a professional web designer.  The company produced successful commercials, as well as a series of award-winning spots for Konditor Meister.  Cassella also worked as a cinematographer for Cramer Productions, one of the leading production companies in the Northeast.  His experience includes HD Cinematography, certification in Sony CineAlta HD technology and Panasonic Varicam HD cameras.  With his new partner in KS Films, Ralph Harden, Cassella produced the award-winning HD short film Wish.  Recently, Cassella made his directorial debut with the film Delivery, which he also wrote and photographed.  Delivery won Best Film and Best Actor at Screamfest 2006 and is distributed by Warner Brothers.  Cassella just completed the feature film thriller Second Coming, which he wrote, directed and photographed. The film has just achieved worldwide distribution.
